At 38 years old, I stand as a proud single mother of four whose journey has been shaped by resilience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to uplifting others. Having faced challenges such as cancer, periods of homelessness, and the many hurdles that come when systems fall short, I know firsthand what it feels like to need a hand up—not a handout. These experiences have become the foundation of my passion for service and advocacy.

I chose to join SP Cares because its mission reflects the very heart of who I am. I believe deeply in the power of community, compassion, and meaningful outreach. As Volunteer Coordinator, I hope to inspire others to give of themselves selflessly, discovering purpose and fulfillment through service just as I have. My goal is to lead by example, helping to create a culture where kindness is standard, service is celebrated, and our actions speak louder than our intentions.
