As the Maintenance Supervisor at Village at Pepper Creek, James is known company-wide for his exceptional work ethic, his commitment to five-star service, and the pride he takes in creating a welcoming environment for every resident and team member.

James has a unique ability to connect with people. Whether he’s troubleshooting a maintenance issue, supporting the office during a busy tour day, or lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed, he continuously goes above and beyond without ever being asked. His leadership, positivity, and dependability make him an outstanding representative for our employees and a natural fit for the role of Employee Coordinator.
