Christina Pinales is an experienced property management professional with over 20 years in the industry. She began her career in 2001 and has since held positions as Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Manager, building extensive knowledge in operations, compliance, and team leadership. She currently serves as the Board Chair for Strategic Properties, where she plays a key role in guiding organizational vision, accountability, and long-term success.

Christina believes property management is more than a career—it is a way of life. Her work within tax credit communities reflects her strong commitment to advocating for residents of median income and ensuring properties are managed with integrity, accuracy, and care.

Outside of her professional role, Christina is a devoted mother of three and a grandmother of seven. She actively volunteers with City Church RGV and is the host of the podcast Ambitious Smiles, where she shares motivation, resilience, and real-life experiences.

A cancer survivor, Christina brings strength, perspective, and determination into her daily work. Since 2016, her journey has shaped her belief in accountability, teamwork, and doing things right the first time. She takes pride in her work, leads by example, and remains committed to building strong teams and communities.
